Warranty Program
Yes, there’ s a one-year warranty for your XIECHENG Products. Within a year, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is defective, XIECHENG will (at its sole option) repaire or replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of CIECHENG and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
A purchased order number made through XieCheng official stores.
Sales invoice or order confirmation email that clearly shows the description of the product, its price, and sales channel.
Note: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.
Yes, we ship worldwide. we ships to most of 100 countries. And we are working on expanding the shipment regions. If you are not clear about shipment, please send an email to service@xcminifan.com for enquiry.
Yes, we have a 30-day return policy for any reason, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
